Oil on canvas 20"x24" (50 x 61 cm).
May be it is temporary name...
I never painted in this way yet. This is my child's dream.
I spent a lot of time with this painting, looking for the images of old ships in libraries (finally drawed by myself using some references a bit), painting water, thinking and looking on paintings of old masters.

Some romantic inspirtation here I see. Nice sky. The perspective on the ship is wrong. Some lines end below the horison.

Thank you for comments! I would like to hear more detailed critiques about construction of the ship. About lines and horizon - here ship is slightly moved to the right - because of waves, I suppose.

Very nice! One thing I would like to see is a difference in definition between the ship and the horizon. It seems like one should draw a little bit more attention than the other. Aside from that, great work!

The perspective it´s really great, you made a great work here, and the ship details are really wonderful, don´t worry. For me, the horizon line it´s in the right place, i told, it´s a great work.

The ship is well done, and I think the perspective is good too!
I'd have defined the ship a little more though, just to have it more in focus, and maybe the light coming from the docks shouldn't hit the ship that much, it's kinda innatural...

but, as I've already said, the overall work is astounding! 9/9

It's hard to make these works perfect. I think the quality is very high altogether.

The border between the green and golden part of the sea seems too sharp to me, as if they don't mix together.
